It’s my very first time to attend Philippine Fashion Week ever and having invites for almost all the shows is such a big privilege for me! I attended SM’s show yesterday with @cookiejarxxvi, Jean Kelly and Xt Diego. We arrived at 3:45pm (yes, so early) at SMX because we (my classmates and I) had a call time at 4pm for our backstage tour. (Yes, you heard read that right!)

My backstage pass!

My classmate, Jayanne, who’s also joining the show. How lucky! And yes, they have to get there nails done before the show!

Clothes for the Rusty Lopez show.
And for the tour, we were able to meet Cal Carrie’s and Ford Supermodels! We were used on seeing them on set cards and did not believe that they really existed. Until this! That’s Christian with the fasyon glasses (his set cards really look like that!) and on the middle, my only and ultimate crush, Ram Sagad, the first Ford Filipino model, who also won the Century Tuna Superbod shiz in ABS-CBN, and on the right is Michelle who’s also very popular in photographic modeling.

Guys, I cannot tell you how starstuck-ed I was with Ram. OMIGOD.
Plus, more supermodels to meet and greet!

My newest icon/girl crush: Charo Ronquillo, 2nd runner up Fords’ Supermodel of the World 2005. For me, she’s the prettiest among the three. She’s not really model-skinny and she really is the epitome of a true Filipina beauty. She glows! I love you, Charo!

That’s Chat/Charlene Almarvez, 1st runner up for the same show last 2009. She’s the youngest to join that prestigious event! And in my observation, she has the most elegant and fasyon runway walk among the three supermodels.

And behold, 2010’s Supermodel, Danica Magpantay! She’s really tall and skinny, and shy! Ha ha ha. I didn’t opt to have a picture with her because just like what Ms. Agudo told us, we’re all the same. It just so happens that she’s already there and we’re just here, trying.

Opening act/drama.

SM Dept. Store’s Holiday collection is all about color blocking and prints! But I have to say, color blocking is more awesome!

And @cookiejarxxvi is getting so kilig here with SM Men’s Fashion Ambassador. I don’t know his name! Haha. But I heard he’s Akihiro Sato’s best friend. Brapanese, too!

Dinner at Sbarro right after the show! We were too hungry to go to Memo’s fashion show after SM’s.

And my murdered feet from long hours of wearing my pumps. How can I ever be a model if I cannot stand wearing shoes like these pumps! Practice, practice, practice!
So anyway, my first time was really superb! I was able to see femus people like Laureen Uy, Kryz Uy, Divine Lee and Victor Basa, Sarah Meier, more models and bloggers! Later will be Forever 21’s show! I’m expecting to see more fasyon people and the F21 ambassadors!
(Sorry for abusing the word fasyon. Ha ha ha)
